BOY! That was some vacation!

My name is Emily, I've been watching 'Doctor Who' for two years, and....I'm a "Midnight" addict.

I watched it six times overnight.
The dialogue hurts so good.
And Dave! WHY is he so amazing the whole damn time?!
He makes me forget to breathe!
He looks so undeniably torn up when he says, "Because I'm CLEVER!"
His FACE! I want to cry! He has ZERO PATIENCE for ANY of these idiots, and it makes me sad because if I were in that situation, I'd probably be on that bandwagon making things worse for him.
ETA: I just realized why this episode was so terrifying, or rather, why the Doctor was so terrified in this episode.
Because that THING stole his voice. HIS voice.
Obviously his "voice" wasn't working to persuade the people on board, but without that voice things just got so much worse (like the Doctor said they would.)
It was almost like a fear of himself simultaneously with the lack thereof.
"A universe without the Doctor is scarcely bears imagining..."
*WAAAAAH*
"John Smith!" "Look at his face he's lying!"
He's trapped! OMG DAAAAAVE AUGH!
And then right when he's on the brink of tearing up NOOOO DAAAVE
"THROW HIM OUT. DOOO IT. FASTER. YES. YES. HARDER. HARDER FASTER UNF."

MASSIVE FAIL. MISSION NOT ACCOMPLISHED. SAD DAVE IS SAD.
Yesterday I was like, "Well nothing happened in that episode except a big flurry of acting skillz...."
But now that I've watched it again at least seventy times, it's very apparent that EVERYTHING happens in that episode, and it makes me REAL ashamed to be a human and incredibly claustrophobic. The Doctor does not spare a heartstring.
BY FAR my favorite episode EVER.
