Here we have Natalie Versteeg, who with her older siblings Sanne and Elke was traveling from one town to another, when a fight between the two adults escalated. The Reaper, who really was just doing his job, took pity on her and gave her a chance to save them. She hadn't foreseen the consequences.
The three sisters decide to settle down somewhere else instead, far from the cities - who knew how other sims would react? It was better this way. And well, Natalie had to drop out of school, but it couldn't be helped.
They did, however, stumble upon another family of three with striking resemblances to their own; another female teen with her two siblings living on their own because of part alien ancestry and a tendency of one brother being somewhat of a delinquent. His name was Felix Silver, and when they kindly requested to go elsewhere after he committed yet another crime, his brother Will and teenage sister Rose went with him.
But really, sims are a social kind and thus the two families decided to settle down together. Whether that was a good idea or not is yet to be seen...
