CC-free rowhouse businesses + SC4terrain
Long time.. no see.... hi dreamwidth, hi livejournal. I've kind of been silent here. x)
Anyway, today's post is some crossposting stuff that I had uploaded to tumblr.
This SC4 terrain was requested by Maltmalt. It's called Gladys Cove. It is, a little cove with plenty of room for beach lots. I actually tested this and while not everywhere, you can place a lot of actual beach lots. Most of the roads are on beach lot level. The roads are 97% flat; there are some really small bumps I couldn’t get rid off, but you can easily flatten them with the FreeTime neighbourhood cheat in game. As you can see in the previews, there’s one part where the beach has some ragged edges. >< I tried to reduce it as much as possible, and recommend to cover it up with stuff. :P
Please unzip the entire contents and place it into your Documents -> EA Games -> The Sims 2 -> SC4terrains folder.

Another SC4 terrain is in the making! I'm doing another request, for Grumplebottom, who wanted a small-ish terrain with clear divisions between the town's classes. I'm always open for SC4 requests, so if you'd like something specific you can always pm me or drop an ask at my tumblr. :3
This is a serie of four rowhouse community lots, all 1x1 and made for HafiseAzale, who has pretty much defaulted my entire buy/build game and is now repositoring my favourite sets from woodforsims. She made my game a lot prettier and cleaner so I had to do something for her as well!
As already stated, here are four connecting community lots, especially made to be for sim owned businesses, but they could serve as regular community lots as well. Included is a fully furnished pet shop, clothing shop, coffee shop and flower shop. Due to the build of the rowhouses, you can swap the middle ones or leave them out if you want. It’s entirely up to you. ;)
These are completely CC free and all on a 1x1 lot. They have been shrunk with the LotAdjuster. Two of them are around 13,000 simdollar, the other two around 20,000. These pictures are also included in the download. I do have all EPs and SPs.

There are also some sims I have to post, from april's GoS Challenge. They'll be up for download soon. In other news, I've gotten a new laptop a few weeks ago and I'm slowly transferring my downloads and hoods. All that's left to do is transferring images and then I can finally begin playing my BaCC again! For now, have a few pictures I took on the new machine. :D
