Arvin = School Requirements, Org Activities and Home.
Want me to elaborate more?
School Requirements
School. Why do you have to be so... high maintenance? Talo mo pa ang pinakamaarteng girlfriend sa mundong ito.
You might think I am lying a bit lower when you see my test results. But in all honesty, it's just either I'm having a hard time with school or I'm losing my focus on things related to school. My grades are in their all-time low, and homework and reports are in their lower-than-mediocrity level (based on my not-so-low standards). No, it's not because of org activities. I guess it's more of this mid-college academic fatigue I know everyone is also having. At some point, I want this semester to end -- three weeks na lang.
Wait, I think I have to scratch that "Grades are in their all-time low, and homework and reports are in their lower-than-mediocrity level" part. I haven't passed a single EEE 13 long exam yet, and I bet I'm getting a lower score in my Math 55 second long test. But all my other subjects are going pretty well. I just need an extra push, that's all.
On the other hand, at least I'm enjoying my major subjects, no matter how difficult they are. Although I just can't imagine myself looking at the oscilloscope for the rest of my life, or computing for the power factor or impedances or whatnot, it's challenging and interesting.
Org Activities
Philippine Youth Congress on Information Technology (Y4IT) this past week. Organized by the UP Information Technology Training Center (UP ITTC) of the UP Computational Science Research Center (UP CSRC). UP Circuit was one of the several student org volunteers for the said event. Imagine THREE days in Cinema 9 of SM North EDSA. Work, work, work. I was given the job of being one of the technical coordinators for the event. Haggard, but nonetheless, fun.
And then the concerts after! All I've got to say is: may pic ako with Bamboo! Haha!! And not the hey-friend-can-you-take-a-pic-of-me-and-Bamboo-together style. I used my camwhoring prowess and actually took a pic of the two of us myself! Thank you camera phone for being so reliable when I forgot to charge the digicam the night before. I'll upload the pic sometime. I'm lazy right now.
Home
I can't leave the house this weekend. I need to study. Bad shot ako sa parents ko because of school. Besides, masakit ang katawan ko because of all the volunteering work for Y4IT. So no KB's debut, or no grocery. Just phasors, power factors and impedances. Well, I hate grocery-ing, so I really don't mind. But I'm missing KB's debut. Booooo. Happy 18th Birthday KB!
So there. EEE 33 Probset 4 has already been uploaded. It's back to work. 'Til next week!
