Because I haven't updated in forever...
Seriously though, I haven't. Wtf is wrong with me? I don't know, any one with suggestions on what could be possibly wrong with me let me know cause Im curious.
So anyway, this summer started off slow and tiresome. It ended well though. Seeing RENT with Ellie made my summer. Cause I love RENT. And Ellie too, but mostly RENT. Ellie cried. I laughed. Then the next day we went to RenFaire. That was fun. No seriously. It was. I also learned this past weekend that the Lion King takes place in Frace...or not. And again I learned how amazingly absent minded I can be.
I went to go see The Police in concert this summer with none other than my mom, which I thought was going to be total buzz kill...but it turned out to be quite the opposite. Indeed. The Police were awesome as was Elvis costell o who opened for them. We stood on the grass, singing allong, smelling the sweet smells of cheep beer, hot pretzals and pot. I drove to the concert site, which was the PNC Arts Center. Theres nothing like going 85 of the Garden State, blasting Queen and your mom singing and smiling...not saying word in the passenger seat.
I also made a note to hang out more with my sister this summer, feeling bad because even though Im not quite leaving things were going to be different. She seemed to enjoy my company, and we actually got along...most of the time. We had some laughs and she actually aske me for advice. This sort of thing never happens with me and my sister. Perhaps due to the 5year age gap for the past few years of high school(not counting senior year) I thought she was too young to hang aroud with...making her deemed uncool. But she takes after me more than I knew. Which is good...but not so good. My brother was picked on this summer as all older siblings do to the youngest, and he has learned to toughen up due to it.
So not to much else to talk of. That was the ever short summer recap.
