An update
Well, David IM'd me the other day out of the blue, asking if I ever update LJ anymore. I realized in the business of my summer, I'd completely forgotten about LJ... So I figured I'd give the few of you that DO read my LJ a bit of an update on whats been up with me...
Our performances of Beauty and the Beast finished this past sunday evening. We did about 22 shows. What an unbelievable experience!! I know, I say that with every show I do. But this one out-did them all. The friendships and the knowledge I gained through this production was awesome... I can't even begin to describe it.
So I figured I would show you all some pictures from the show...

Me, with some of my favorite kidos. I worked with these kids on Fiddler on the Roof last year, so this year brought tears to my eyes serveral times as I sat in the sound booth and watched them sing and dance... They're growing up and its unbelievable to watch.
Jeff and I. He played the Beast, and I cannot even begin to describe how incredible this guy is. He has an amazing gift in acting and singing, and his personality and caring heart are just... wow.
I really have to utter the same sentiments as above for this guy. This is Jon and I. He (obviously) hadn't taken the makeup off of his teeth yet. Haha. He played Lefou (Gaston's silly side-kick). He is a christian and I enjoyed so many talks with him about the Lord, and about different Christian artists we enjoy... Hes awesome.
So there is a little glimpse into my summer. The shows are over now, but the friendships will last. I love these kids. I love these shows. I love this. =)
