Poor Rob
So I have this friend named Rob. He's a great guy and all but we pick on him a lot. In our defense though it's not our fault, he just makes it SOOOOOO easy. For example we make fun of Rob for having had cancer twice. Now your probably thinking "Gilles your a horrible person, there is nothing funny about cancer". It's not the cancer we make fun of, its the fact that he continues to smoke after having surgery on his neck and having one of his testicles removed as a result or cancer.
Last night Dan was driving Rob and I home from Chris' house when we got into a conversation about Traechiotomy's and the voice boxes that make people sound like Stephen Hawking. That then turned into a conversation about Deuce Bigalow 2. In the movie there is a woman who had a traechiotomy and Rob, in his infinite wisdom, called her a retard because she was still smoking... Having fed Dan and I more ammunition to make fun of him for, we began the jokes without hesitation.
After a slew of assaults and once again making fun of Rob for smoking after he got cancer he then throws out a defense and the conversation went something like this:
Rob: But testicular cancer is not caused by smoking.
Dan: Fine, but smoking causes every other kind of cancer.
Rob: Not cancer of the ovaries!
Like I said, poor Rob makes it just too easy for us. Until he got out of the car we made fun of him having cancer in his ovaries. Laughing that hard at someones expense has to be wrong... You would think it ends there but NOOOOOO. While making fun of Rob that his ovaries might get cancer he replied "I was pregnant once". Sometimes I think Rob should take a vow of silence because Dan and I just burst out laughing. Of course after some more comments at Rob's expense he THEN explained to us that a pregnancy test is the way they test for testicular cancer. If a male tests positive, you got it. Something to do with hormone production.
So yeah, although he is my friend, he has SOOO not heard the last of that car ride.
