Fate is something predetermined. That's ALL it is. Nothing more. Now if you talk about fate AND God, that's a different story. However, theory of fate doesn't require God to exist. Fate in physical theory, is when there is only one possible time line, which can never be altered. In fact, any attempt to alter it, would be predestination as well!

That's not to say that I think fate exists. Rather, I don't know whether it exists or not. I would, however, like to know. Once we know it exists, THEN we can get into all the convoluted crap like "Why would God create fate?" and "Why should what color t-shirt I'm wearing have any significance."
