foxes1886: Hi. Are you there?
Shrabnol: Yes.
foxes1886: Hello, i posted a pic on the allrpg site, what did you mean about your response... i honestly went blank there~
Shrabnol: Seems pretty furry to me....
foxes1886: so, you didn't liek it or something???
foxes1886: like*
Shrabnol: Oh, it's a great drawing. I just think the idea is a horrible one! And will never pan out. And I'm not so sure you can be serious with that proposal.
foxes1886: oh
foxes1886: okay, thanx though :-)
foxes1886: so, if i were to change it up, how would it go?
Shrabnol: Well, I think you would have to start by making it not furry.
Shrabnol: That's generally frowned apon by anyone other than Rareware.
foxes1886: hmmm
foxes1886: well, that was a concern of mine.
Shrabnol: Also, if you want to write for Squeenix, you might be better off by going to college for computer science or graphic design or something, and then applying for Square of America, or some such thing.
Shrabnol: Then after several years, you might get bumped up to project manager, maybe.
foxes1886: hmmm
foxes1886: so sellign it wont help get it made?
foxes1886: selling*
Shrabnol: Well, they don't really BUY ideas from fans.
Shrabnol: They just make up their own ideas instead.
foxes1886: damn
foxes1886: well that throws it down the drain~~~~~~~
Shrabnol: You'd probably be more likely, to just make your own game studio from scratch.
Shrabnol: And then publish your own ideas.
foxes1886: okay, um, im only twenty, and im autistic.
foxes1886: i worry too much if no one will take me seriously~~~
Shrabnol: Well, that's where college comes into play.
foxes1886: ?
Shrabnol: If you go to college, and get a degree of some sort, then people will be more willing to fund your game studio, that way you won't have to fund it yourself.
foxes1886: hmmm, i dont know about being a CEO of a stoudio... but a developer of a game would be all right i guess
foxes1886: i hate typing
Shrabnol: That's pretty much the only way to sell your ideas (to be part of a studio).
foxes1886: hmmm.
foxes1886: thanx for saying that, thats helps :-)
