Gratitude- making notes in this journal of little things I'm grateful for

Exercise- Zombies, Run! and happier

Being mindful/meditation- being present in quiet, savory moments, and happier

Social connection- seeing friends at least once a week

Selfcare- beauty time, baths, selfcare box, "me" time

Acts of kindness- making treats for work, staying open and observant for chances to be kind to others

Staying curious and trying new stuff- being open to new things, making changes to predictable routines, keep learning things that interest and grow me
