So the latest film screening went fairly well. No mishaps to report and a pretty positive audience reaction! I'm unsure yet whether I'll go again next month, or take a break for a bit.

Me at Kino London on Thursday night, introducing None More Evil.

We've not been out a great deal this bank holiday weekend; we had planned for a while to go to The goblin King's Annual Ball, but this failed to happen due to difficulties with babysitting arrangements. About the only trips outside I've had all weekend were taking Molly to the vet's and taking my parents for a pub lunch earlier today. In some ways this is a good thing though, as we should be saving what little money we have for WGT later in the month.

Molly's got something wrong with her eyes. We noticed about a week ago that her inner-eyelids are half shut and the vet reckons this is either conjunctivitis (which can be treated with antibiotics and some horrible gungey eye drops) or a herpes-related virus which she could have for the rest of her life. We're waiting now until it becomes clear which. Poor Molly...

I've been hard at work on practicing how to use Blender 2.61. Here's what I came up with by yesterday evening:

(that's my own music hastily slapped on the top for atmosphere)

I've done some better stuff today but I'll hang onto that for now - I'm sufficiently pleased with today's work that it could be used in a future music video.
