Icon of Coil
The gig last night was absolutely amazing, I had such a good time.There were actually four bands playing in the end, and I made it back from Croydon just in time to catch the whole thing. I'm really glad I went. Unfortunately most of my friends had to leave early, due to my flatmate having an asthma attack, but then I bumped into another friend, Julianne, so I still had somebody to to hang around with.
Sadly I didn't get all my work done for the exhibition (probably due to the time I spent updating this journal?), so next weekend I have to go back to Croydon and finish things off. That's annoying, but can't be helped I suppose. When I got back to the flat yesterday I found some post from the British Academy of Composers and Songwriters, who I've been doing some illustration work for - they've published another of my cartoons! They should have a recent one in PDF format if you go here. It's somewhere in the FourFour publication, in the 'magazines' page of the site.
