Part of my previous schedule was to avoid the world and sleep as much as possible for two days of the week
The rest of the time I dealt with everything
Maybe that's why I've felt in a "funk" the last few days
I don't really have the option of ignoring the world for a couple of days a week - and haven't for about a month
I get to sleep in a couple of times a week but that means sleeping for 9 hours instead of 6-7
I need to sleep for 12 hours now and then - and not have anything to do when I do finally get up
So I guess that's my big epiphany for the new year
