[The video is a little dark before some light appears to brighten up the room, though it's very dim. Any person observing said room would notice how confined and small it was because this was not a room per say but a closet. Again. One would also notice that Latvia is curled up in the corner

[With a quiet 'thank you' Latvia nervously accepts both drinks from Russia. And slowly, with eyes watching him, he drinks the water. Wondering if Russia was watching him to make sure he didn't say, use the vodka and the water as weapons to escape.

Or maybe something was laced in the water and the vodka and Russia was making sure Latvia didn't waste precious resources. There were dozens of possibilities, really.]
