Background
Born in Zozo, Keonar lead a fairly normal life through schooling and such. Early on though he always heard of the stories of the Sworn Scale and worked hard to practice swordsmanship and eventually joined up with the Rune Knights of the Sworn Scale. He caught the eye of Leviticus and was trained under him in the ways of the order.
Limit Breaks
Level 1: Binding Rune
Prevents the target from receiving the benefits of any positive status effects for 6 turns.
Level 2: Runic Warding
Casts Protect and Shell on the party.
Level 3: Rune of Shattering
Deals 3x damage and casts dispel on all enemies.
Level 4: Fury of the Ancient Script (You must possess the Runestone)
Allows Keonar to use Runic Reflex an unlimited number of times. Each time a spell is affected by runic, the whole party gains HP and MP equal to the cost of the spell and he instantly counterattacks with Runic Charge effecting a group instead of a single target. This effect lasts for 6 turns.
