mmorpg, and their addiction
i am sure some of you probably will yell at me specifically hallowedheretic (actually had to look up the command for semagic, been a while)
Rachel and I have been playing lord of the rings online: the shadow of angmar since open beta (April 2007) we have developed a lot of new friendships online forming our own guild(clique) of people, i am sure you WOW people know what i mean. sad thing is that lately, i've been playing the pvp side of the game, which i am a uruk-hai black arrow(archer) and rachel HATES the pvp side of the game because people's ego and being rude
but i figure i'll share some photos of the our travels, now the game is based on the books and not the movies, so what you think the characters suppose to look like.. they won't be..

in the story, while the witch king of angmar and the other 8 nazguls were out searching for the ring, the false king of angmar (the witch king's domain) was controled by this man, mordirith. this is a picture of us fighting him in his chamber deep in the heart of angmar
remember when they reforged narsil into anduril, the flame of the west in the 3rd movie? in the book, it was actually reforged before they left for mordor from rivendell. in the game so far, the fellowship has yet left rivendell. we had the pleasure to help forge anduril, by retreaving a gem from the tomb of elendil. it was guarded by a huge turtle, that's rachel inside the beak
in this picture, i am rank 4, which shows a rather dedicated pvper, others have reached rank 7, max rank currently is rank 15, with benefits only up to rank 11 in book 12
the game has been a lot of fun, sadly, without a job, we cannot afford it and gonna be off of it for a few months, the new book, book 12:the ashen waste opens wednesday, so at least we can check it out before our sub expires on march 1st
