"It can take any form. It can make your darkest dreams come true. It seeks to corrupt all goodness, to steal all goodness of this world"

"You are all about to be tested."

"It will do everything in its power to tempt you. Be strong. Don't fall into temptation. To defeat the darkness out there you must defeat the darkens inside yourselves." (Caspian looks at Edmund, worried or anxious and Edmund looks back, looking equally troubled)
There's a plot bunny somewhere there but I can't catch it. It's too quick. Clearly that look between them could mean a lot and it was very obvious look of worry, showed clearly in the film and perhaps meant to be a prelude to their fight at the well in that cave on the dragon island. Also the short scene when Edmund suggests a landing party but Dirinian points out that the chain of command start with Caspian falls into that prelude-to-their-troubles category. Anyhow, somehow... as a Casmund shipper I of course see something else there, too. I mean, we don't really see Caspian's temptation there. Sure he yells at Edmund at the well and fights, but its really all Edmund's temptation there, his problems with always playing the second fiddle and feeling inferior and so on. It's natural for Caspian to try to defend himself and even if the fighting crossed the line, that couldn't be all about Caspian's test. Of course he had the dreams about his father, but everyone else had bad dreams too. So we're missing Caspians Great Moment of Testing.
What could it be?
