Allie's Healthy Banana Oat Bread Cookies

1 cup wheat flour
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 cup applesauce, chunky preferred
1 cup dry oatmeal (rolled oats)
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon iodized salt
1/2 cup nuts, chips, or chunks of choice
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F ( 175 degrees C ). Grease cookies sheet.
2. Mix all dry inexpedience with large spoon.
3. Add applesauce and banana, mix together to form dough.
4.  Spoon tablesspoon sized lumps onto sheet. Flatten top slightly.
5. Since there is no egg in this, you can cook to taste. If you want softer cookies try 10 minutes. If you want a little crispier cookies, try 15. Since there is no egg or milk there is also no cholesterol and they are low fat.  Enjoy : )
