Eleven Sickles
[Russia's smiling as he walks down the street, humming a bit of a song. He does that a lot, you know. But this time, oh this time things are different. People here wanted to celebrate Christmas, right? So, why not give them some gifts, in the spirit of the season. Whatever that spirit was. Russia didn't really know. What he did know was that people liked getting free things, and people also liked driving cars. Why not combine the two of them?]
"Enjoy your gift! From Russia, with love" [Is what he left on the cards, stuck under windsheild wipers, on the if not new then definitely in good condition cars. He parked them in front of their houses, not specifying who should get them because he wanted it to be a surprise.]
[He might have stolen those cars, though. Maybe. And he didn't quite know what to do about it. He wasn't really good at being lawful. But there seemed to be a lot of hero types in this city. They'd probably be glad to help!]
"Some cars have been stolen. That's okay, right? The police won't even notice, right?" [Is what he left, on noticeboards and windows and even on doors through out the city.]
