Seven Sickles

[He blinks. He's very good at blinking. It doesn't really help, though. Not as much as he thought. Because the room is very nearly blown to pieces. There's shards of wood and tile and metal and computer wires all over the place, and scuff marks all over what remains of the floor. There isn't much of that left, either. Whatever's left is covered in thick black powder, worse than soot, and it seems to be escaping through the hole where the window used to be.]

[Sometimes, stalking has some advantages. This is not one of them. Still, at least he has porkchops, which are sticking out from the toaster. There's a scorpion, too, and he seems to be liking them. He's not much good with insects, but he knows something upset when he sees it. Hopefully, the pork chops will help. If not, there's always vodka.]

[There's nothing else here. Well, nobody. And that's the problem, isn't it?]

I hate winter.

[He sighs, just a bit. He knows how to make people disappear. He can make them reappear.]

Well, let's get started, shall we?

[He grabs his pipe and a bottle of vodka, and he smiles a slasher smile. He'll figure it out. Just watch.]
