It's amazing how many seem "strangely appropriate" if you read the entire back catalouge while in a pit of depression about your love life.
I was going to create a powerpoint presentation entitled "XKCD that make me want to cry ..." but the romance angle has been pretty dry recently.

I'm expecting something suitably gut wrenching to be published on valentines day. Hopefully something more angsty than these :

Yeah, but it's not just the romance ones. The ones about IRC/Guitar Hero always seem to crop up at the most appropriate of times.
