Today I start my keto journey. I have gained so much weight in the last 2 years, I look like a total different person. I haven't been on LJ for years. But I need somewhere that I can write how I feel, and keep track of my journey. So far, I've had 5 pieces of bacon, string cheese, 2 yeti 32oz of water, and a tuna lettuce wrap with pickles, mayo, and cheese. What's good about doing it this time around is Sean (bf) is going to kinda be doing it with me. Usually he doesn't, but he's full support this time. After my back feels better and it's not in so much pain, I'm going to be using my gym membership that is sitting and charging me for sitting on the couch watching TV. Hahaha. I belive in myself this time. I can do this.
