Западный плёс Juoksemajärvi

Juoksema - бежать. Значит, в буквальном переводе, «Бегущее озеро». Идеальное название для крупного проточного озера, каким в Вуоксинско-Сайменской системе (да и в целом по всем Карелиям) нет числа. Сравнительно недалеко друг от друга есть два крупных озера с таким названием. Это то, что ближе к Kaukola.
