{He had merely been curious as to why there were streamers in the trees when he approached, as he could not recall any sort of holiday being around this time. It wasn't until he was close enough to spot the banner on the table that he realized what it was for - and instantly regretted his decision to investigate.
He had just been turning to leave before someone spotted him when he heard Miku's laugh and, for some reason(perhaps because it was because it didn't have that robotic tinge to it, that he noticed the difference...or had he truly recognized that laugh?) stopped in his tracks.

And then he saw her. And she had the same sort of clothing as... but...was it? If it was, should he leave? This was, after all, the encounter he had been fearing and trying so hard to avoid. But... now...he just couldn't seem to will his feet to move.]

[ unluckily for you, Len, as Miku turns to look around at whatever was happening, she caught sight of you.

she's been here long enough to know how things worked around here, and knew that there was definitely more than one of the same person from the same universe and all other sorts of timey wimey wibbly wobbly things.

she also knew that, despite the fact that Len may blame himself for her death, she didn't blame him at all. she knew this had to be awkward, though.

so she didn't move toward him at first. she only smiled. ]

[ seeing as he had made the first couple of steps toward her, she figured now it was all right to move toward him in turn. She took a few steps toward him, her feet carrying her closer to the boy. her smile didn't waver; in fact, it only seemed to grow warmer as she continued to look at him. the last thing she wanted to do was making him uncomfortable, but ... this was an uncomfortable situation. for both of them. ]
