[A Vocaloid Len who hasn't been seen in quite a long time is currently emerging from the Police Station. He takes a few steps away from the door and then freezes in place, as if he's not sure what to do.
Strangely enough, he's wearing a scarf]

[...gritting his teeth. he's got a good feeling he knows when-or rather, where-that happened.]
... You aren't either of those things, Len. I've seen you around Rin, remember? You may be friends, rather than siblings, but from the way you treat her it's hard to imagine that that you would treat your own without the same kindness. And as for being a bother... well, a bother wouldn't do things like working so hard on cleaning the police station that he fell asleep.
[taking a deep breath] If Father was the one who said those things to you, then he was wrong, and he was wrong to say who you could or couldn't see as well. ...Did he tell you this while we were at the-

Whoever "they" were, they were wrong, too.
...As for what Father said, about not being allowed... When he said that, he wasn't himself. Literally. That place broke people- it made them think things that were untrue, or about things that would upset them and leave them in pain.
He was happy that you came over, and he is happy that you're friends with me and Rin. If he hadn't been broken, he never would have said that you couldn't see us.
