She's dead, and yet she's here. Alive, and with the Masked Devil still within her. Her heart's beating, and she's still reeling from the shock and trying to keep the dark temptation and urges at bay.
Plus there's the whole issue of duplicates. If she's got some, then logically that would mean the others also have their own doubles, that look like them, act like them and sound like them, but aren't them.
