[In various places of the DR, there are two paint pails full of a substance that looks similar to blue paint. There are no labels on the tins or anything else that could indicated what they really are. Well, nothing else except for one thing -- there is a splotch of blue "paint" on the ground and an object bouncing on it. It won't stop bouncing until someone takes it or until the blue is gone.
The pails, patches, and bouncing objects are in rather obvious locations, like in front of a shop or on the side of a main street. No-one is watching, and there's no trap involved. It's all just there, available and waiting for someone to use them. Just remember to brace yourself for the landing if you jump from a high spot. Play safe! (Or play a wonderful prank.)]
(OOC: Everyone gets to mess around with repulsion gel! Take 'em, spread it around, play an extreme case of hopscotch, anything. The gel will wash away with normal water. Threadhop and mingle around as you please!)
