[Where is this? This certainly isn't anywhere Mikuo usually goes, because Luki knows all those places by heart. In fact, he had just been heading to one of those places, so how did he get here, where ever here is??
And how would he ever get to the Cafe from here to stalk meet Mikuo in time

Yeah, it's strange! There's lots of Mikus and Lukas, but not as many Mikuos or Lukis. I haven't even seen Rinto or Lenka!
