Ahhhh....good night good night. so wow, i haven't written in this thing for what? a year? meh, if i'm too lazy to get up before 1:00 i'm too lazy to keep a journal mmmkay? so what's new you ask? well this past weekend i took a lovely trip to edmonton, alberta, where the deer and the antelope play. went for my sister's graduation at the University of Alberta, which is quite a good school, which is why i am so proud of my little Ted E. Bear (priya). so we drove all thursday, and then realized that the four points sheraton was kinda shitty and out of the way, and so we went for dinner at chili's and moved to the sutton place the next day. ooh, and i went for drinks with my sis and her friends. the next day was her convocation ceremony, which was alright, except that the band that was playing before it started played "home on the range." if i didn't know i was in alberta.... hehe. so that night the four of us (mom, dad, sis) went to the keg and had some steak and wine and lobster and wine and wine. then that night went to rooster's? i think that's the name....they all call it the roost there. so it was really dead, which is weird for a friday, but we had a blast anyways, considering most of us were too drunk to realize how many people were actually there. ooh, and cover was only 4 bucks!! on a friday night!! i was pleasantly shocked. weird man hit on me, told me i was beautiful, and tried to tell me things he wanted to do to me, so that was bunches of fun.
hmmmm....so the next day we went to an indian buffet restaurant for lunch, which wasn't the best idea considering the drunkenness the night before. i always feel like should eat more at buffets, like "omg it's all you can eat, so you better eat until you die to get your money's worth!" so that is why i don't like buffets. anywho, then we went to west edmonton mall, shopped, went to earls, went home, went to the end of priya's friend nikole's sister dawn's party (did you catch that?), and went out to moxies after. oh and we left the next morning at 5AM!!!! why do they always suck me into that damn car!! meh, it was long, but very beautiful.
anywho, so thanks to all the awesome people in e-town for the good times! it was so sad saying goodbye to the greesome threesome (well that's what i call them secretly). and please take note that i did not once diss edmonton in the previous paragraphs, which is a big step for me. hehe.
so today was back to hell-shit-bitch-cunt-ass work. 11:30-8, then went out with nin, ariella, and ariella's cousin martha to hamburger mary's (a little burger shack thing open 22 hours a day or something) and then sat in the sand on the beach and chilled, and talked, and goofed, and took photos, and sang, and listened to the waves. i tell ya, that place is my therapy....any beach at night for that matter. so yeah, those two (nin and ariella) are like my fucking wives...i love them to death though. all i need now is a boy mistress.
