2 stalks celery, diced
6 thin carrots, sliced
1 can small whole potatoes, diced
1 can great northern beans, drained
1 cup frozen peas
1 pouch meatless ground burger
6 cups water
1 tsp minced onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp sage
1 tsp Shonefeld's Curry Blend (whatever that is)
2 Tbsp salt
1 dash of pepper
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
2 Tbsp Heinz 57 Sauce
2 tsp HP Brown Sauce
all dumped in a big crockpot and put on high.
I'll probably adjust the seasoning in a few hours. My soups usually have no measurements, and become a wild seasoning mystery at the end.
