Thursday:
Black coffee x3
bacon and egg bagel
3x glasses of cabernet sauvignon
soup, gluten free cheese crackers
black coffee x1
cinnamon raisin bagel

Fat crap. I did say it was a bad day to start.

Friday
3 mile walk
Innumerable black coffees
'healthy' pop corn
yoghurt
x2 hot dogs

Saturday
2x black coffees
1 conference pear
1 sandwich
1 bagel with salmon, cucumber, cream cheese, rocket salad
