Game On- Round #2
A little less than halfway through the month and we've already got 6 entries! Not bad for this fandom right now, so keep writing fics for Round #1 (you have until just before midnight, EST, September 30th to post them!) But if those challenges weren't for you, maybe you'll find something in the next round.
Round #2 will be held from October 1st until October 31st, and fics must be submitted (or linked to) during that time in order to be considered for awards. Please don't submit Round #2 fics until the first of October! September is for Round #1 challenges.

Challenge 1- Character Challenge
Character: Logan
Prompt: The son of Aaron and Lynn Echolls, Logan was no stranger to the media, even if the show sometimes forgot how famous he would actually be. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to create mock articles, interviews or transcripts that focus primarily on Logan, and either incorporate them into a fic or use them as the story. This fic can include other characters, but it must be Logan-centric.
Challenge 2- Episode Challenge
Episode: 2.11- Donut Run
Prompt: What if-Veronica and Duncan’s plan goes awry and he’s caught by the Feds in Mexico. Now what?
Challenge 3- Monthly Theme Challenge
Month: October
Theme: Halloween!
Write a fic revolving around the holiday or some aspect of it! Anything Halloween related is welcome, whether it be costume parties, trick or treating, or maybe a new, scary mystery. Any characters/pairings/ratings are allowed.
Challenge 4- Table Challenge
October's Word Table:
(Again, I know some of these words may seem convenient, but I assure you I used this random word generator to make the table!)
Write a fic using at least five of the words in the table (but hey, why not try for all 25?!). Any characters/pairings/ratings are welcome.
And finally:
Challenge 5- Rocks Fall: Everybody Dies
Well, at least somebody dies. Kill a character (or characters), any character. Then write a fic about their death, the buildup to their death, or the fallout from their death. You could be like the CW and kill off everyone, or maybe just pick one person to knockoff. The fic doesn't have to be all about the character you killed; the victim could be periphery to the plot, with the real story being about how the death has affected others. The only requirement here is that someone in your story must die. This could even be an original character as long as the fic focuses on the characters we know and love (or love to hate). Be creative and have fun. If we get enough entries for it, we'll have a special award for this challenge: Most Original Response!
So that's Round #2! You've got a little more than two weeks to get those ideas churning before the challenge is open, and remember that we're still accepting Round #1 responses now, and we'll be doing so until September 30th.
Don't post Round #2 responses until October 1st! Again, you can either post the story to this community or simply link to it. All of the rules still apply. See this post for guidelines and volunteer betas, should you decide you need one.
