Who are you, again?
This isn't the first time for this topic, and I certainly hope it won't be the last. What am I talking about? Obscure character fic, of course! Whether it be random extra #3, or a minor recurring character, there's just something about reading about some of the OUTSIDERS in the VM universe that makes for a good time.
