It's all true
1. I saw a guy walking a ferret on a leash in Brookline yesterday. Awesome!
2. My job is going awesomely. They are going to sign me on early so I can get benefits at the beginning of October. I've already talked to multiple people about how my role in the department can evolve into things that I really enjoy. Looks like I will be able to incorporate more teaching, technology, and possibly writing!
3. Tomorrow night I will be constructing what I hope will be completely adorable "green monster" salads for my Bible study's baseball night. Go Red Sox! (I will try to remember to take pictures)
4. I found a bunch of free books in my building. Don't know if I will like any of them, but it's worth a shot.
5. I'm full of ideas for knitting projects, how to redecorate my room, exploring my hood, and more. I blame it on the baby.
6. I'm also back into using the US Postal service to send notes and packages.
7. In case you are wigging out, the baby is not mine. One of my coworkers is due to spawn a child in October.
8. Back to the work thing, it's so awesome that they want to use my other talents and give me opportunities to learn. All of us want me to know everything!
