So, a moment ago I was sitting here in my parents' bed (heh!) thinking about what they will be doing today. If they have nice weather, unlike us, they will probably go to the beach, walk around the town, maybe even eat at a nice seafood restaurant. Tres jealous!! :)
Today I need to take care of a few things: Buying more meds, applying for jobs, work. I also have another list for the week (as usual) that I can pull tasks from, should I find myself with spare time.
I just saw (through the kitchen window) the most amazing stir of tree branches outside as the wind roared through my backyard. They sway, tangle with one another, and catch on the phone and power cords that criss-cross the neighborhood.
One exciting sign of spring are the gorgeous daffodils that have been planted along a major road near my house. It's part of a "Revitalization" effort, which I wish the best of luck. Daffodils always make me think of Spring at IU, since they were usually the first flowers to show up/be replanted. Probably my second-favorite spring flower (next to lilacs of course!). :-D
Well, I guess that's it for now.
