Wow, it's been a long time since I've posted, not that anybody reads this waste of bandwidth anyway. Well, I'm doing great... Elania is simply AMAZING... for pictures, because I'm too lazy to do it myself, go to http://photobucket.com/albums/v321/SeaAggieAngel/South%20Padre/. Thanks to Jess for all the great pictures.
As for work, it's pretty much the same. Too many people get involved in too much drama and end up shooting/stabbing/kicking/punching/etc. each other, and then get arrested and blame someone else. Like yesterday... this guy runs his car into a parked car of all things. Some witness calls in to report the accident while the guy is trying to flee the scene. After that, the Fire Department arrives and start to make sure everything is okay (as is their policy). The bastard proceeds to pull a knife on the firefighters and ask them if they want to fight. Now explain to me how in the hell people like this make it this far in life. How did they not get their butts kicked on the playground in elementary... or maybe that's the problem. Anyway, the officers get there and he starts stepping up to them... so now there's four firefighters and two officers versus one jackass that already threw down his knife becuase he "didn't need it." He proceeds to call the officers "fuckers," "mother fuckers," etc. and the officers have to take it... now here's my opinion on crap like that. If you are just going to be an asshole to someone who possibly may save your life one day or has in the past, you just just get the hell beat out of you right then and there... no questions asked. But then again, America is so damned PC these days that it's pathetic. Oh well.
Oh, and I switched to midnight shift, which means I'm working 10 PM - 7 AM, Friday- Tuesday. It's actually a nice schedule, minus the sleeping when the sun is up part.
