spent the last two nights having my ass pretty thoroughly kicked at the Art Brut/We Are Scientists/Chalets LOLfest at the Knitting Factory. I've never seen a crowd go as collectively apeshit as last night. my god.
anyway, Futureheads dates. you guys who were interested in seeing them in Boston on July 1, it's on sale, $13 plus fees. at risk of being the annoying one, I'd like to figure out who's going, just so I know if I can bum a ride or if I need to book a train ticket and/or hotel room. ;) albauk, webmd, and I already gots our tix (and Shani, I meant to pay you last night, d'oh), so yeah. giddyup!

also, they're playing the Starlight Ballroom in Philly on July 25, which is unfortunately a Tuesday, but I'm considering it anyway because I'm clinically insane and I want to have Ross' babies. it's only $14 including fees! and it's the FHeadz! so if anyone's game for that, give a shout.
