Yep I'm posting one of these.

Been awhile I know.

anyhow I've completed 6 weeks at 5 times a week hitting the gym at my job.

Schedule was

Monday Weds Friday

.5 miles on the treadmill

arms, back, chest some abs

Tues and Thurs

.5 on the treadmill

Legs, arms and some abs.

Things I can improve on;

I need better form on the bench press, I haven't been taking the bar low enough and it only works my arms for the most part and not my chest. So I need to adjust that even if it means backing the weight off the bar some. Blah.

I haven't increased in body weight much, I see some definition in my arms but thats about it. We will see in another six weeks.
