A story of how we went to see Nina Kozlova this spring, along with journalists from TV-3
Nina Kozlova - she is the one you order dairy products from, when to contact us at Lavka.
Nina was born in the village Zaoksky. Everybody in the village are engaged in dairy production for centuries. After school, Nina was married and fled to Ryazan. There, she worked at the Ryazan television plant.
When the factory was closed in the Perestroika times, Nina bought a house in her native village and left there to live. Started like everyone else, like her mother, with dairy products.
Now Nina has two cows.Nina makes deliociouse curd, yogurt, sour cream and other dairy products.
The secret of success, she says - it's water meadows around the village Zaoksky. Каждый год весной Ока разливается. Each year in the spring Oka's poured.. All the surrounding fields flooded. The village becomes an island. Get to Ryazan ones can only on a tractor and a boat.
That's how we got before. . First on the boat, then on the tractor. . And together with us wentg reporters fromTV-3 channel.
