It's a good thing I decided to take a laid back semester before the shit storm of work to come these last few semester I have left here hits me. It always seems as if something, something has to come up and burn the parade to the ground ever year or semester or so. Whether it be relationships, personal shit, or stuff back at home. Meh, I guess I should be thankful. Classes are fun and easy this semester and I have plenty of free time to sort all the details out otherwise. I just wish that for one semester, I can have a nice quiet time to you know, not stress over a relationship, or not have to worry about things back home with my parents like I have over the past three years.
Oh which reminds me, I was talking on the phone with my mom and then she started raving about how my dad apparently my dad wants a St. Bernard. You know in the cartoons, the HUGE dog in the great white north with a keg of rum hanging from it's neck? Yeah that kind of dog. His name's Bernie and he's three years old. The only concern is how we'd fit such a huge dog into our house. I think it'd be awesome, though he may eat our cats...or just obliterate them if he didn't look where he was sitting at the time.
Russian's been being a pain in the ass lately though. I don't think there's more difficult a language other than say Japanese/Chinese and Arabic...which funnily enough I want to learn eventually. Prof. Goloven likes me though and has been trying to persuade me to take a semester or year on exchange in Russia next year. I may do it if i have the money and time. Not sure if I could get the classes I need over in Russia, as awesome as it'd be to go to Syktivkar, St. Petersburg and Moscow.
Nom nom nom...
