So nhpw  and I were briefly discussing the woeful lack of kissage in The Summoning, and a light bulb went off in my Susan/Delenn addled brain. Here is the result, ~1000 words, dashed off last night, so please alert me to things spellcheck might have missed.

One interesting note: OO's spell check suggests 'human-Minbari' be changed to 'human mini-bar

The plot bunnies are thick with this one...already a prequel and a sequel have begun to jostle for attention. Thanks for the immediate gratification!

I forgot some bits; trying to add them in before posting this to ff.net.

It's hell writing a story in your head in the car on your way home. I kept trying to keep it in mind through all the usual 'pick up kids-make dinner-supervise homework' now go away and let me write evening!

The ending is not original just re-placed, and in a happier context.
