heigh ho, heigh ho, it's off to work I go
for a while at least. R is back in Ohio, no word from the 'rents on their visit. There is a dance at the elementary school tonight and #2 wants to go. He loves to dance, that one. *sigh*
Illness is abating, but insomnia came in its wake. I'm so tired that I'm going in for only a half day of work. It'll take that just to clear out the junk from my e-mail. I've been working on it from here, but the uni's webmail system does not seem to like me any more. And many projects have come in this week. Many. *double sigh* Talk about good news/bad news.
I haven't been able to focus enough to write anything except screeds on time travel and predestination and Vorlons, mostly at beyond_the_rim . I may work on my UVFT (Unified Vorlon Field Theory) and post some thoughts on that. Once my head clears. Cold medicine gives me insomnia, so I think I'm going to soldier on without it today, which means major fuzziness.
Still haven't posted my one confession for the meme. Working on it. Everything I can think of makes me look like such a prat.
There is a protest in support of Wisconsin scheduled for Saturday at noon in Annapolis. I would like to go; am thinking about it.
Normal life has been suspended for so long I don't remember what it's like anymore. I'm almost to the hugging-his-pillow stage of missing R.
