So it has been some time since I have posted here.
Not sure if it is because I don't think I need the therapeutic value or what, but I am posting today.
Have survived 5 rounds of layoffs from work and know that another round is coming in December. I have been approached by another company that is not a competitor but they do have a call center and want me. It is more money but I hate to leave the great friends that I have made.
I don't feel however that things will get better and in fact think that things will get a lot worse before they get better an quite frankly I'm tired of playing their game.
My boss however is proving to be actually inspirational to me and I am learning from him.
So do I stick it out and continue learning or make the jump and learn there and collect some coins?
It's a decision that is not easy to make even though it sounds easy.
