I found out late Wednesday that I'm going to be in Cypress, CA by 8pm Sunday.
So, I'm taking my first "business trip." Not particularly thrilled about the idea, but I'm trying to get that way. Woo hoo--I'll be sporting a Pontiac Grand AM or similar.
If anyone has suggestions for the greater LA area, or a list of places a white male should not be seen in a late model GM car feel free to share.
Means I have to do my work-clothes laundry early too. Bleh.
On the bright side, I get to experience the amazing splendor of the Embraer ERJ 145 regional jet, and the delights of the Woodfin Suites. There's a bunch of Boeing sites out there, I guess I should investigate them too. The best way to move up in the payscale is to move geographically, I've been told.
Plus, the governator isn't specifically out to destroy my family; unlike dubya or gov. goodhair. Perhaps I should investigate taking a uhaul out there instead. ;)
