Good news, bad news
A job agency rang me, wanting me to put my name forward for a role. Which was nice, it made me feel hopeful for a day.
But then I looked at the role description ... and I can't believe they even considered for me for it for a nano-second. I have ten years experience in policy analysis, and they want someone with 5-10 years experience in business analysis, which despite having the word analysis is nothing like policy work at all.
So, now my life goes back to sucking sharp flinty rocks.
