*angry face*
Okay. As anyone who owns a musical instrument will know, from time to time they need servicing, otherwise they become buggered and whatnot (particularly mine, because it's made with a ridiculously high percentage of silver, and so tarnishes/warps really quite easily) - but really, now is not a good time for mine to be put in for a service.
Except it really needs one.
*headdesk*
It's gone in today, and I won't get it back until a week on Saturday - which is especially annoying because a) I have a flute choir rehearsal a week on Thursday, and b) I HAVE SO MUCH TO PRACTISE. (I mean, I have two things for my teacher, and then I'm doing a soloesque Brandenburg movement with Chamber Orchestra, and also the first flute part in
this absolutely amazing piece called "Within...", by Ian Clarke - but it is HARD. And I need to PRACTISE.)
Bloody. Hell. *more angry face*
Dad's going to ask the servicing people whether we can rent another flute for a week or so until I get mine back, but the thing is, my part for the "Within..." piece requires a B-foot and open holes, while a normal flute has a C-foot and closed holes. Which is ANNOYING.
Anyway. *calms* ♥
Also, I'm ill.
