I posted this like three YEARS ago in my LJ. It still rings true to me, even though it's nothing more than a set of quotes from a movie about a fictional president. I think we need one who's scripted more like Michael Douglas was in this movie, personally.

Sqweeeeeee! How are ya sweets????!! I voted today....for Obama of course. I held an election for my 4th graders, goddess love them-16/3...Obama. :D

I'm verra pleased with the election results...think NCLB will get the full banishment it so richly deserves? Heh, we can hope...

VIX!!! My classroom is made of awesome except for 3 spawns of satan. ;) President Obama...LOVE the way that sounds. I truly hope NCLB at least gets changed...at most get the full banishment 'cause it = epic fail.

BTW. I haz a new little house with room for teh visiting wenches for AZRF. Wooooty..woot!

You have three little demon children...out of a class of how many? I hope your class size is manageable...I know it makes the difference between actually teaching and just doing glorified crowd control, heh. My class this year is sweeeeet. Low level (like we're talking 6th graders who read below 4th, and about 10% of my students speak NO English)...but very sweet-tempered and willing to work, which is a massive change from years past.

If I were doing any better, I'd hafta be twins, just to fit in all the goooooood. I'm heading toward unmarried status--which is one HUGE ball of good--I have a new roomie (female, but despite her family's suspicions, we're *just friends* LMAO), work is good, my uterine escapees are adjusting very well...and I'm working on an April trip to Scarby! Life is pretty darn yum right now! :D
