Not a happy camper
One of my cats went missing Thursday night while I was in Atlanta. Don went down to the Animal Shelter on Friday
and did stuff but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do now. Will they call us if they get any info? Am I supposed to call every vet in Redwood City?
He left for LA yesterday afternoon and I got home last night. Today I talked to several of the neighbors and looked around a bit. I did find a missing garbage can lid belonging to the next door neighbor.
I posted a notice on Craisglist Lost and Found.
Don isn't answering his cellphone.
A while ago I volunteered to give an "unclass" on seed starting. It's supposed to be this Saturday. That's fine, except the memorial service for my good friend Doug Bourn is that day.
He was the pilot of the plane that crashed into the the high voltage tower in Palo Alto and he and 2 other Tesla employees were killed. I knew both of them, too.
So there is a link to send an email and get more info. I do this and get an out of the office response. So when is the service and do I have to reschedule my class? Grrrrrr
Kathleen didn't know about Taz until I told her just now. She's under a bunch of grad school stress and didn't need this.
At least I don't have to go into work while I deal with this.
And the PyCon conference was great.
