  • 30 reps of Jack Knives
  • 12 reps of Torso & Waist Twists
  • 20 reps per leg of Single Leg Extensions
  • 15 reps per leg of Lunges
  • 5 mins of Half Moons, Yoga
  • 5 mins of Bridge, Yoga
  • 5 mins of Cobra, Yoga
  • 5 mins of Shoulder Stand
  • 11 mins of Hula Hoop
  • 20 mins of Step
