Suzaku took a brief walk around town before turning to the beach. What greeted him when he had arrived was the ocean's breeze and the well - lit home just a few yards away from him. The yellow beach house they lived in was just a few steps away and Suzaku suddenly felt the need to just sink down beneath this cool sand beneath his feet. He was aware that he had told Lelouch that he was unable to handle looking at him. It was selfish of him to react to his emotions, but he knew that what he said was true. He had to face him sometime, though instead of just running away like before.
Sighing softly, trying to keep his heart from racing, he approached the yellow beach house as slowly as he can. When he had finally arrived, he opened the door quietly as he entered through. It was quiet. Of course, it would be, he thought. Lelouch was the only one here after all.
"Lelouch. . ." He softly called out as he settled himself down upon the sofa. The same sofa he sat on this morning when he had woke up. "I'm home."
